25–35% of what the platform pays you
Our commission is a percentage of your net platform payout, meaning what reaches you after the platform has taken its own cut. The exact figure inside that range is agreed in writing before we start and does not move without your signature.
Nothing upfront. First week free
No set-up fee, no monthly fee, no deposit. Your first week with us costs nothing, so you can see how we work before a single pound of commission is due.
No minimum term, 30 days’ notice
You are not locked in. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, at any time.
Nothing after you leave
When the notice period ends, so does our commission. We take nothing from your future earnings, your subscribers or your content.
Your account, your payouts
Every platform pays you directly, to an account in your own name. We never hold your money, your payout details or your login recovery details.
Your content stays yours
Everything you make belongs to you. We use it only to run your page while we work together.

How the commission works
We charge between 25% and 35% of what the platform pays you. That is calculated on your net payout, after the platform has taken its own percentage, never on the gross figure fans see. Where you sit inside that range depends on how much of the work we take on, and it is written into your agreement before we start.
There is nothing else. No set-up fee, no monthly retainer, no charge for onboarding, no charge for the chat team, no charge for the reports. The percentage is the whole fee, and every line of it appears on a weekly invoice you can check against your own platform statements.
Your first week is free
Trust is earned, so we earn it first. For your first week with us there is no commission at all. You see the content plan, the daily posting, the messages answered in your voice and your first Friday report, and only then does the agreed percentage begin.
If in that week you decide we are not for you, you walk away owing nothing.
Leaving: 30 days, nothing after
There is no minimum term. Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. During those 30 days we keep working your page as normal and you keep being paid as normal.
When the notice ends, our commission ends with it. We take no percentage of anything you earn afterwards, we make no claim on the subscribers we helped you win, and we hand back anything of yours we hold, including content, passwords you shared with the team and your social media access.
What the percentage covers
Daily posting on up to nine social platforms from content you already make. Targeted work in the communities where your fans already look. A chat team that answers your messages around the clock in your voice, inside limits you set in writing. Pricing and pay-per-view strategy. Featured placement on partner platforms so new fans arrive from the first week.
A named account manager, a private WhatsApp group and a written report every Friday saying what was posted, what sold and what changes next week. Professional onboarding, ID and age verification, a signed agreement and weekly invoicing, all run through BIGROS, the agency operating software we built, so every step is recorded and every invoice is itemised.
Your money, your account, your name
You are paid by each platform directly, to an account in your own name. Nothing passes through us. Our invoice is raised after you have been paid, from the figures on your own statements, and you can see every line.
The account is yours. We work inside it with access you give us and can take away at any time. We never hold your login recovery details or your payout details.
Who we manage, and who should not sign
BIGR Agency was founded in 2021 and has run creators’ pages from a UK office since. We manage female creators and feminine-presenting trans women. We are a face-required agency, because a face is what lets a team build a brand fans trust and grow you on social media.
We are not the right agency if you are a male creator, if you want to stay fully anonymous, if you want a guaranteed earnings figure before you start, or if you cannot complete ID and age verification. We will say so on the first call rather than sign you and find out later.
