Terms of Service

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. As part of onboarding, we verify your identity and age through a third-party verification provider. You agree to provide accurate information and to complete verification, and you acknowledge that we may decline or suspend service where verification cannot be completed or is found to be inaccurate.

2. Our services

BIGR Agency provides talent-management, marketing and account-management services to content creators. The specific commercial terms of our engagement with a model — including fees, invoicing, the authority you grant us, and termination — are set out in the management agreement you sign, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict for that relationship.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Only supply content that you own or are licensed to use and that infringes no third-party rights.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access without authorisation.
• Use the services lawfully and not for any prohibited or fraudulent purpose.

4. Fees & payment

Where you engage BIGR Agency, fees and payment terms are as set out in your management agreement. Invoices are issued via Stripe and are payable by the due date stated. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of the services.

5. Intellectual property

The BIGR Agency name, website and materials are our property or licensed to us. Content you supply remains yours; you grant us the licence set out in your management agreement to use it for the purpose of providing the services.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms or a management agreement are breached. Termination of a management relationship is governed by that agreement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
